By accessing our website, purchasing or downloading our digital files via our official Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/CraftyMyia), or interacting with our official Pinterest and YouTube channels, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Commercial Crafting License.
1. Digital Download Nature of Products
All CraftyMyia products—including SVG/DXF/EPS vector cut files, 300 DPI transparent sublimation PNGs, printable sticker sheets, and 3D printable STL/3MF/GLB models—are instant digital downloads only. No physical product, printed 3D item, apparel, mug, or hardware will be shipped. Product mockup photographs illustrate how digital files appear when cut, sublimated, or 3D printed by makers.
2. Small-Business Commercial Crafting License
Every CraftyMyia digital bundle purchased from our official Etsy storefront includes our standard Personal & Small-Business Commercial License at no extra cost:
✓ What You CAN Do (Permitted)
- Create unlimited physical projects for personal use, gifts, classrooms, and family events.
- SVG, PNG & Laser Files: Produce and sell up to 500 finished physical end-products per purchased bundle (e.g., physical shirts, mugs, tumblers, wooden signs, laser-cut earrings, shadow boxes, or sticker sheets) at craft fairs, boutiques, or your own handmade shop.
- 3D Print STL / 3MF Files: Print and sell physical 3D-printed items manufactured on your own 3D printers.
✗ What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited)
- Resell, share, gift, redistribute, or upload the digital files (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, PDF, STL, 3MF, GLB) in their original or modified digital form.
- Include any CraftyMyia digital files in another digital bundle, membership site, or clip-art pack.
- Upload our vector or sublimation artwork directly to third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) marketplaces (such as Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Printify, or Zazzle) as standalone unaltered designs.
3. 3D Printing Safety & Material Guidelines
- Food Contact & Cookie Cutters: Standard FDM 3D prints contain microscopic layer lines that can trap bacteria. When printing our cookie cutter STL files, use food-safe filament, hand-wash only in cool or lukewarm soapy water (never place PLA in a dishwasher, as PLA deforms above 55°C / 130°F), or use a thin layer of plastic wrap between dough and cutter.
- Thermal Resistance (Vehicle & Outdoor Use): For vehicle cup expanders, can holders, and outdoor planters, we recommend printing in PETG, ABS, or ASA rather than standard PLA to prevent warping in warm interiors or direct sunlight.
4. Trademark Fair-Use & Compatibility Notice
References to Cricut, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Cameo, Silhouette Studio, Glowforge, xTool, LightBurn, Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Anycubic, Cura, or other hardware/software brands are provided strictly for nominative compatibility purposes so makers know which machines and software formats our files support. CraftyMyia is an independent design studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these trademark owners.
5. YouTube & Pinterest Platform Terms
Our website and studio showcase channels integrate with official YouTube API Services and the Pinterest API v5. By viewing or interacting with our YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
6. Refund Policy & Maker Support
Because digital download files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, digital orders are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, if you experience any issue unzipping a package, importing an SVG into Cricut/Silhouette, or slicing an STL file, please message us on Etsy or email digitalcreatorassets@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you within 24 hours.
