- Etsy Storefront Purchases: All digital product purchases (SVG cut files, 300 DPI sublimation PNGs, printable stickers, and 3D printable STL/3MF models) are processed directly through Etsy, Inc. (etsy.com/shop/CraftyMyia). We never receive, view, or store your payment card or banking details; all checkout transactions are governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy.
- Voluntary Email Inquiries & Updates: If you contact us directly via email or subscribe to optional crafting tips and freebie alerts, we collect only your email address and optional name solely to respond to your inquiry or deliver requested updates.
- First-Party Social API Credentials (Internal Only): For our own official CraftyMyia Pinterest Business account and CraftyMyia YouTube channel, our internal studio automation system stores first-party OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens issued to our studio accounts.
2. Pinterest API v5 Integration & Data Usage
First-Party Business Publishing Only: CraftyMyia uses the official Pinterest API v5 exclusively as an internal studio publishing tool to schedule and publish product showcase pins, crafting tutorials, and 3D print inspiration to our own official CraftyMyia Pinterest Business account. We do not offer third-party login, and we never access, collect, read, or store data belonging to any external Pinterest user.
- OAuth 2.0 Authentication: When we connect our official CraftyMyia Pinterest Business account, Pinterest issues an OAuth 2.0 access token and refresh token (using authorized scopes such as
boards:read,boards:write,pins:read,pins:write, anduser_accounts:read). We never view or store any Pinterest account passwords. - Board & Pin Metadata: Our publishing tool stores only the IDs of our own CraftyMyia Pinterest boards and the pins we publish, solely to organize product categories (3D Print STLs, SVG Cut Files, Sublimation Clipart), pace scheduled posts within Pinterest API rate limits, and prevent duplicate pins.
- Zero Third-Party Sharing: Pinterest API data and OAuth tokens are never sold, rented, shared, licensed, or transmitted to any third party, advertising network, or data broker.
3. YouTube API Services & Automated Video Publishing
CraftyMyia uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) to upload and schedule original crafting timelapses, 3D model turntables, Cricut/laser cutting demonstrations, and product showcase Shorts to our official CraftyMyia YouTube channel.
- By interacting with our embedded YouTube content or official YouTube channel integrations, users are notice-bound by and subject to the Google Privacy Policy available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy, as well as the YouTube Terms of Service available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
- Our YouTube API integration only authenticates our own first-party studio channel via Google OAuth 2.0. We do not collect, store, or process YouTube API data from external website visitors.
- Any authorized account holder may revoke our studio application's access to their Google/YouTube data at any time via the official Google Security Settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
4. Content Safety, Family-Friendly Standards & Creation Transparency
CraftyMyia is a 100% family-friendly, Safe-For-Work (SFW) digital crafting and 3D printing brand. All pins, videos, and product listings published through our studio tools are screened to ensure complete compliance with Pinterest Community Guidelines, YouTube Community Guidelines, and Etsy's 2025/2026 Creativity Standards. In accordance with platform transparency standards, every CraftyMyia product clearly discloses whether it was procedurally CAD/vector-engineered in our studio or created using human-directed AI illustration combined with studio vectorization and 3D modeling.
5. Data Storage, Security & Retention
- Local Encrypted Storage: All studio OAuth 2.0 tokens and configuration records are stored on our private, access-controlled local studio infrastructure and are transmitted exclusively over TLS/HTTPS to official Pinterest and Google/YouTube API endpoints.
- Data Retention & Deletion: OAuth tokens are retained only while our Pinterest or YouTube integration remains actively connected. If we disconnect an integration or revoke access, all associated tokens and cached identifiers are permanently deleted immediately (and within no more than 24 hours).
- User Rights (GDPR / CCPA): You may request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of any personal contact information you have voluntarily shared with us at any time by emailing us at the address below.
